Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery time is typically 7-9 business days depending on your location and product availability.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or weather conditions.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver all over India.

Some remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on most products unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) available for most pin codes.

Online payments via secure gateways including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
